Just like we did with Ustad Banne Nawab’s Ready to cook Spice Mixes, we at Charminar Foods have developed an entirely new concept for the restaurant division also which is not Chef dependent. Any Amar, Akbar or Anthony irrespective of nationality can be trained to cook Dum ki Biryanis, Haleem, Nehari and other traditional Hyderabadi dishes and Kebabs like Pathar ka Gosht, Sheekh Kebab, Chapli Kebab, etc. One only needs a formulated pack, a few basic ingredients like meat/chicken, oil, curds, etc., for churning gourmet Hyderabadi dishes day in and day out. Our customized kitchen equipment coupled with detailed step by step cooking instructions further compliments the ease of cooking, ensuring consistency of quality, texture and taste irrespective of the person cooking at any given location. All our processes are thoroughly streamlined, documented and tested daily at our research and development unit located at Toli Chowki, Hyderabad, India. Alhamdullilah, we have Macdonalized the making of traditional gourmet Hyderabadi cuisine, especially Kachi Akhni ki Dum ki Biryani and have turned the art of cooking Hyderabadi food into a perfect science. Because of these features this model can be duplicated a million times over any where across the world.

Summary of Guidelines for Franchisees:

  • Return on investment is dependant on Site location and the capability to manage and run your own business according to the specified Ustad Banne Nawab’s Standard Operating Procedures. The payback period should be between 12 to 24 months depending on the sales mix. However based on conservative estimates, Insha-Allah the returns will be approximately as given in the profitability statements.
  • Approved exterior look and interior décor will be common for all franchises.
  • All Franchisees and their team will be provided a 4 to 6 week training course in all functions of the business free of cost after signing the Franchise agreement and after receipt of the franchise fee. The training program will be conducted in Hyderabad by a trained professional team at the corporate office / restaurant site and on locations. Boarding and lodging is the Franchisee’s responsibility for employees coming from outside of Hyderabad.
  • Purchase guidelines for appropriate product specifications and a list of approved products and suppliers will be provided. Where possible local suppliers and vendors will be identified, evaluated and commissioned. Charminar Foods restaurant division will decide all menu pricing, menu items and sales strategy. We are always open to suggestions from any of our franchisees.
  • The local store promotion and advertising will be done by the franchisee. The general advertising, brand building & brand awareness exercise and retention will be handled by Charminar Foods.

As the name suggest a Unit Franchise allows you to operate a single franchise of Ustad Banne Nawab's Restaurant. Besides, you also have an option to buy further unit franchises at a later stage

Master Franchise

As a master franchisee, you will be effectively stepping into the role of the franchisor in the target territory. You will be running two separate businesses, i.e. the core business and the franchise business. You work as a franchisee and also become a franchisor by sub-franchising.
